Every price on this site is in US dollars and includes the sample kit. This page explains how to pay, how long a payment takes to clear, and when a refund is available.

The US$20 kit fee is credited in full against your test fee as soon as the test is carried out, so it is not an extra charge. We keep it only if a kit is ordered and no test is performed.

Choose Card or PayPal at checkout, submit your order, then pay on the confirmation screen. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal balance are accepted.

Choose Bank transfer at checkout. We email a proforma invoice with our beneficiary name, bank, account number and SWIFT code. Send the transfer, then reply with the receipt.

If you would rather not pay on the website, ask your case manager for a secure PayPal payment link. It is tied to your order number and works the same way.

Please write your order number in the payment reference so we can match the transfer to your case.
For international transfers we send the full account details, the SWIFT code and the correspondent bank on a proforma invoice, so the details cannot be altered on the way to you.

| Kit dispatched | The kit can be sent before payment if you prefer. Testing starts when your samples reach the laboratory. |
| Samples received | We confirm receipt and the test fee becomes due. Most clients pay at this point. |
| Report issued | The signed PDF report is released once payment has cleared. |
We do not begin laboratory work on an unpaid order unless we have agreed it with you in writing.

| Report not accepted by a court or authority | Not a ground for refund, because acceptance is their decision. We supply supporting documentation at no charge. |
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
All prices are in US dollars. Amounts in euros, pounds or yuan shown on the site are indicative conversions for guidance only; the amount charged is the US dollar price.
Your bank or card issuer may add a cross-border or currency conversion fee. That fee is charged by them, not by us, and we cannot refund it.
